Valerie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered any questions we had quickly and sent photos of our puppy along the way. We drove from North Carolina to Pennsylvania to pick up Snowball aka Holland and she made the transition seamless. Using Alpine Majesty Bernese was one of the best decisions ever!! They were so responsive and informative throughout the whole process! They sent us lots of pictures and videos and hands down had the cutest puppies! We got Axle from them and he has been the greatest pup and we are so in love with him! This breeder is amazing!! They are responsive, thorough, and answered all of our questions before we made our decision. Our pup was well cared for, clean, and well socialized when we got her at 10 weeks old. Valerie continued to follow up with us whenever I asked questions, etc. Our pup has a wonderful demeanor, temperament, and is such a beautiful girl. She was super responsive to our questions and provided consistent updates while we waited for the day our newest family member would join us.
